Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MakeMyDemo ("Service"), operated by Vikings Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MakeMyDemo allows users to submit a product URL and receive an AI-generated demo video with custom visuals, voiceover, and music. The Service is accessed via our web application at makemydemo.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using MakeMyDemo, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at teamvikingstech@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits & Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each demo generation consumes credits from your account balance.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing and credit values at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing users.
• If a demo generation fails due to a system error on our part, the credits consumed will be refunded to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit URLs or content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or violates any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or the products you are promoting.
• Use automated tools to generate demos at scale without prior written consent.
• Circumvent any usage limits, security measures, or authentication mechanisms.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the URLs and product information you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your submitted content solely for the purpose of generating your demo video.

Generated Output: Upon successful generation and subject to these Terms, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the output video for commercial purposes including marketing and promotion.

Our Platform: All software, designs, logos, and trademarks associated with MakeMyDemo remain the exclusive property of Vikings Studio. You may not reproduce or resell any part of the platform itself.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content may be imperfect and you are responsible for reviewing output before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vikings Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account deletion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, the courts of competent jurisdiction.
